Birthday Chart – Photo

Want something special to display your little one’s milestones and favourite things prior to a special birthday (or just as a momento)?

This PERSONALISED DIGITAL DOWNLOAD is for you. It is NOT an instant, editable template and you will not receive a physical item. It will be personalised by me and emailed through for you to print at your leisure.

You will receive two different files. A PNG and JPEG. Print them out at home or at photo centres (such as Officeworks, Kmart, Big W).

Upon purchase, please include the following information by emailing cocosfizz@outlook.com with details below, and an image.

– Child’s Full Name (or as you would like it to appear at the top of the poster)
– Child’s Birthdate (What year would you like to appear? Year of birth or year of the birthday being celebrated?)
– What Birthday is it? First, Second, etc?
– Child’s Height and Weight
– Number of Teeth
– Nicknames

AND

– 8-10 “Things I Love”
– 8-10 “I Am” (Personality Traits)
– 6-8 “I Can”
– 4 things they can say (or add more into the “I Can”)
– 6-8 “I Love to Eat”

You will receive your digital download within three business days after receiving the email of required information. If you need it sooner, just ask.
